The company is registered as an alternative crowdfunding service provider with the FSMA under licence number 60.812.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about crowdfunding for real-estate projects in Belgium. The content shown does not constitute an offer, recommendation or advice to invest within the meaning of article 30bis of the Belgian act of 2 August 2002. Investments can only be made through our separate investor platform after signing a dedicated agreement.
3. Liability
We do our best to provide accurate information. Nevertheless, Zyrmexovantiqulr BV cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Website, except in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

5. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels district, Dutch-speaking division, without prejudice to mandatory consumer legislation.
