Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how Zyrmexovantiqulr BV processes your personal data when you visit our website zyrmexovantiqulr.com or subscribe to our newsletter. We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Belgian act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Which data we collect
We process your first name, last name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, as well as technical data (IP address, browser, language preference, anonymised geolocation) and cookies for which you have given explicit consent via our consent banner.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used to send you commercial information about Belgian property projects (consent — article 6.1.a GDPR), to administer your subscription (performance of a contract — article 6.1.b GDPR) and to comply with our legal obligations towards the FSMA and the tax authorities (article 6.1.c GDPR).
4. Retention period
We keep newsletter data as long as you remain subscribed, with a maximum of five years after your last interaction. Cookies are kept for a maximum of thirteen months. Accounting data is kept for seven years pursuant to article III.86 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
5. Sharing with third parties
Your data is shared only with our email provider (hosted within the European Union), our hosting partner OVH BE (Brussels) and competent Belgian authorities on motivated request. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can exercise these rights via privacy@zyrmexovantiqulr.com. In addition, you may file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy. Significant changes will be announced at least thirty days before they take effect, on this page and, if you are subscribed, by email.
